5 Ways to prevent colon cancer

5. Observe symptoms – You need to observe the possible symptoms such as weak immune system, allergies on the skin, bloating and poor bowel movement. Also, you need to avoid too much toxins from entering your body in order to make sure your colon is always clean and healthy.
