Dessert recipes for weight loss
Eating desserts while you’re on a weight loss diet is OK, as long as it is a nutritious one. Plain cakes and cookies may not be a smart choice but if there’s a bit of protein to it like nuts and fruits or vegetables, then it’s good to say yes to it. Having a more sensible dessert needs to have the same amount of calories as your usual snack. We are not talking about restaurant desserts as you never know what exactly is in there. Better make your own at home, which is more fun!
